Bobcat Orientation prepares you for classes, lessens anxiety, and helps you tackle the first three weeks of the term. Choose from the following dates and times for winter term:
- Monday, March 22 - 3 to 5 p.m. PST
- Friday, March 26 - 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST
Join us virtually on the free video conferencing service Zoom and lower stress and build confidence by:
- Becoming familiar with your email, Bobcat Web and Blackboard accounts you use for communication and course work
- Learning what instructors expect from you, your time, and the quality of your work
- Knowing how to access academic resources and support
- Accessing help for your emergency financial aid questions
Three days prior to orientation, you will receive instructions on downloading Zoom, the video conferencing tool you'll use to participate in the event. We will email
you the actual link to join the day before in the afternoon.
