Options for High School Students

Welcome! We're happy you're here. Whether you're looking to get a jump on your college education, earn additional high school credits, or pursue your GED, we have options for you! Some courses may be taught in your high school, while other courses provide you the opportunity to spend time on one of our beautiful campuses. To make sure you're prepared for the next step, please review this Information for High School Students sheet.

Take college classes on a COCC Campus:

Concurrent Enrollment

Take college classes at COCC while enrolled in high school. Students are responsible for all tuition, fees & books.

Available to some Central Oregon high school students. The high school pays for associated tuition, fees and books.

Take college level classes at your high school:

College Now/Dual Credit

COCC works with area high schools to offer college level courses taught by high school instructors, exclusively for high school students.

Prepare for the GED Certification:

COCC offers courses to help students prepare for the GED certification. This certificate indicates you have abilities and competencies similar to high school graduates and is accepted by colleges, training schools and most employers. View more information about GED Preparation.
