SNAP Training and Employment Program (STEP)

The STEP program helps *SNAP eligible students gain skills and access training to increase their ability to gain employment. Students are provided individual coaching services focused on career and college readiness as well as training and education opportunities. Students develop an education plan to guide their education and career goals. The STEP program can provide eligible students with some assistance to overcome certain financial barriers to their education such as transportation, food, course fees, testing fees, textbooks and more.

If you are facing barriers to education, please complete and submit the Student Assessment Form below and the COCC College and Career Success Coach will contact you.
