Summer Student Housing

Things to Know

  • The COCC Summer Student Housing application opens after the start of the Spring Term (see Application Process).
  • There is no meal plan for summer residents (see room rates).
  • Residents must be registered in at least six credits for the Summer Term.
  • We will communicate with you using your COCC student email address - so check it often during the application process.
  • You are not confirmed a spot until you complete all the steps in the application process.
  •  All students must move out of Wickiup Hall at the end of Summer Term, regardless of their plans for Fall Term.

Summer 2024 Term Application will open Monday, April 22! 

1. Apply for summer term housing in MyHousing

Note: As a part of the application, you will sign your Housing and Dining Agreement, obligating you to the terms and conditions stated within it. Please review a copy of the Housing and Dining Agreement prior to submitting your application, and reach out to the Housing and Residence Life Office at with any questions.

2. Pay $100 application fee

We will run a background check on you, once approved...

3. Budget Worksheet must be completed for all new residents who have not applied for the Fall 2024 Term (email will be sent with additional instructions)

4. Pay a $500 Down Payment and a $200 Security Deposit

The Down Payment goes directly toward your Summer room costs. The Security Deposit is retained for damages and is refunded back to the resident once they move out less any damage charges.

Your spot is secured once you have completed these steps. YAY!
