Linen
Several different linen service options are available. You may select from any of
the following:

1 set of linens placed on each guests bed. Guests are responsible for making the bed. The set includes:

Extended Stay Service for groups staying 5 or more nights |
1 set of linens (see above) placed on each guests bed. Housekeeping staff will remove any stripped linen and replace with a clean set approximately every 5 days. Guests are responsible for making the bed. | $12 per guest per clean set |
Check-in/out
Check-in and check-out times are limited to 2 hours each but start times can be customized
to fit your groups needs. There are additional fees for multiple check-in/out days
or time frames longer than 2 hours. Individual arrivals and departures are not permitted.
Room Assignments
Provide us your room assignments in advance or take a load off and let your summer
conference staff complete room assignments on your behalf. Additional fee applies.
Shuttle
Whether its a trip to the airport or a running shuttle to and from an offsite venue,
COCC offers a varied fleet of vehicles driven by licensed, insured staff. Contact
the Summer Conference Coordinator for more information.
WiFi
WiFi is available in both the Residence Hall guest rooms as well as campus meeting
rooms at no charge. Network access is requested in advance through your Summer Conference
Coordinator. By using the COCC Campus Network, all users agree to COCCs Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resources Policy.
Catering
You will work directly with the Summer Conference Coordinator on your dining needs.
