Each resident will be provided a a Twin XL mattress (39"x80"), desk (42"x24"x30") and chair, bed frame (84"x39"x37") and wardrobe (36"x24"x74"). *Students are responsible for the shared bathroom with their suite, so we recommend bringing toilet paper and cleaning supplies to ensure its effectively stocked.

 

Bend Climate

Bend's climate is typical of the high desert with cool nights and sunny days. Annual precipitation averages between 10-13 inches, which is part of the average snowfall of 34 inches. A typical Central Oregon summer is marked with daily temperatures around 80-90 F during the day, and around 40-50 F during the night. Autumn usually brings warm, dry days and cooler nights. The winter season in Bend provides typical daytime temperatures between 30-50 F. Average nighttime temperatures range anywhere from 22-51 F.
 

Room Details

COCC's residence hall features suite-style living in the heart of campus in close proximity to the Barber Library, Coats Campus Center and Mazama Gymnasium. The design provides every four students with a suite containing a living/common area, a shared bathroom, and either two double bedrooms or four single bedrooms.
