CAP Services Academic Advising Appointments

Schedule your Academic Advising Appointment online
If your assigned academic advisor is listed at right, then you can schedule your advising appointment online.

If your advisor's name is not listed or if you do not know the name of your advisor, learn how to contact your advisor and schedule an appointment.

How do I make an appointment online?

1. Click on the SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT button at right.
2. Login to the COCC Scheduler using your COCC ID (820 number).
3. Select Make Appointment from the Main Menu and choose an appointment that fits your schedule.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Click on the SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT button at right.

1. Login to the COCC Scheduler using your COCC ID (820 number).
2. Select View or Cancel Appointments from the Main Menu.

Note: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

I don't see any available appointments. What should I do?
If it is getting close to registration time, it is possible that all available appointments for your advisor have been filled. Call CAP Services at 541-383-7200.
