Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP)

The Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP) helps people with disabilities get the training they need to find a pathway to a career, not just a job.

Central Oregon Community College participates in the Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP), which partners with Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to provide supports for students experiencing disabilities to reach their educational and career goals.

Do you receive Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services? You could be eligible for additional support while you are attending COCC.
