Health Requirement: Some programs have a separate Health Requirement block. Meeting the requirements in this block will fulfill your health requirement.
Not Applied to this Audit, Insufficient, or In Progress sections: These sections show classes that were not required for your program/certificate, were insufficient, repeated, or are currently in progress. Why are some courses not being applied to my degree requirements?

Transfer Coursework
My transfer coursework is not in GradTracks, will it still count toward my requirements?
If you transferred coursework to COCC from other colleges prior to Fall 2011, your transfer courses were articulated in bulk toward your identified program. If you have not changed programs, you can continue to use the original transfer evaluation and courses will automatically be applied to your program/degree at the time of graduation.
I have submitted transcripts to COCC. Why are my credits are missing from GradTracks?
Students admitted prior to Fall 2011 may not have had their transfer work articulated for GradTracks. Please submit a Request for Articulation in the Admissions & Records office in Boyle Education Center. It can take anywhere between 6 weeks to several months to process an articulation. An Email will be sent to your COCC Email address when your transfer coursework is available in GradTracks.
I've requested an articulation of my transcripts. When will that be available in GradTracks?
Articulations can take anywhere between 6 weeks to several months to process, depending on the time of year. An Email will be sent to your COCC Email address when your transfer coursework is available in GradTracks.
Planning Year and Major
What is a planning year and how does it get changed?
Planning Year is the catalog year of the requirements displayed in your audit. It defaults to the earliest year you can use (the year you were admitted, up to three years old), but you can change it to a more current year if the requirements change and you prefer to use the newer requirements.
You should consult with your advisor before changing your planning year. You can request a change by contacting Admissions & Records in the Boyle Education Center in Bend, or call (541) 383-7500.My program/major in GradTracks is incorrect, how do I get it changed?
Contact Admissions & Records in the Boyle Education Center in Bend, or call (541) 383-7500.
If I use the "What If" feature, does this mean that I have changed my major?
No. The "What If" feature is simply a way for you to see how your current coursework fits the requirements of other certificate/degrees.
Graduation
Do I automatically graduate if everything is completed in my audit?
Once all requirements have been met in your declared program of study as shown in GradTracks, you will automatically be awarded your certificate or degree. No application is necessary. However, if you wish to be awarded a certificate or degree that you have not declared, then an application for certificate/degree must be submitted. You may find more information regarding automatic degree awarding here.
I recently applied for my Certificate/Degree. Will my application information show up in GradTracks?
No. GradTracks does not show the status of your Certificate/Degree application. You will be notified via your COCC Email when your Certificate/Degree application has been processed.
