Campus Services has a new work order system!

Please read the below sections and links with instructions on navigating the new system.

 Campus Services Work Order

Click button to submit a Campus Services work ticket.


The SysAid helpdesk system receives and routes service and repair requests for the following Campus Services: Grounds, Maintenance, Custodial, Capital Projects, Keys, Events and Furniture & Surplus

To request service or repairs, simply log into SysAid and submit a ticket using your COCC e-mail address (omit the and computer/email password.

If you have questions, inquiries, or have an emergency repair request, please call us at 541-383-7237 Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

*Summer term hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.     Friday- 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

When communicating with the Campus Services, please be prepared to provide the following information so we may better assist you:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Building name or campus location
  • Room number or location within a building
  • Description of the problem or issue to be addressed
  • Index code – only if the request is a departmental expense


+ How do I sign on?

Go to SysAid (click the icon above)

Username: is your COCC e-mail address without the
Password: is your computer/email password

+ Which ticket do I submit?

1. If your ticket is about a specific problem, browse our categories to find a specific ticket template:

2. Submit a TICKET for a specific problem going in in or around campus buildings.


3. Submit a REQUEST ticket for needed services (keys requests, furniture requests, event requests, etc.)

+ How to submit a Key Request

If you have a Key Request, please click on SUBMIT REQUEST button: 

Click the Template drop down menu, and click Key Request, fill out required information, and submit ticket.

*Requests take up to 2 days to fill and need to be submitted by the supervisor or department's Administrative Assistant*
*Keys will be available for pick-up once you receive a complete work order e-mail*
*Keys will automatically be kept on the Bend Campus, if you would like them sent to Redmond for pick-up please make a note of this in your work order*

+ How to Submit an Event Set-up

If you have an Event Assistance Request, please fill out the Event Assistance form found here and layouts are found here, save to desktop and attach it in Step 8.
