Campus Services Helpdesk
*UPDATE! School Dude is now a part of Single Sign-On. This means your login password will be the same as your computer/email password.
Remember – once you sign in, the Submit password is COCC.
The School Dude helpdesk system receives and routes service and repair requests for the following Campus Services: Grounds, Maintenance, Custodial, Capital Projects, Keys, Events and Furniture & Surplus
To request service or repairs, simply log into School Dude and submit a ticket using your COCC e-mail address and computer/email password. Please remember the submit password is COCC.
If you prefer to speak to a customer service representative or have an emergency repair request, please call us at 541-383-7775 Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sumer term hours: Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

When communicating with the Campus Services, please be prepared to provide the following information so we may better assist you:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Building name or campus location
- Room number or location within a building
- Description of the problem or issue to be addressed
- Index code – only if the request is a departmental expense

+ How do I track my requests?
1. Click on the My Request table on the top of the screen:
2. From here, you can See the Status, Work Order #, action notes and e-mail the person the work order is assigned to.
+ How to submit a Key Request
If you have a Key Request, please include the following information in Step 4:

*Requests take up to 7 days to fill and need to be submitted by the supervisor or department's Administrative Assistant*
*Keys will be available for pick-up once you receive a complete work order e-mail*
*Keys will automatically be kept on the Bend Campus, if you would like them sent to Redmond for pick-up please make a note of this in your work order*
