Central Oregon Community College strives to maintain academic continuity when normal academic activities are disrupted. Whether due to illness, weather, or another natural disruption, COCC and the office of eLearning and Academic Technology have collected the following guides and tutorials that will assist you with preparing online instructional materials to prevent falling behind in your academic schedule.

Important Term Dates and Deadlines

 

• Enrollment and Registration

  Enrollment and Registration Deadlines - Fall 2024

  • September 1st - Deadline to complete Financial Aid requirements for priority consideration.
  • September 15th - Last day to submit an application for Fall term.
  • September 19th - Last opportunity to complete advising and be eligible to register.
  • September 22nd, 5PM - Last day of automatic enrollment from existing waitlists for full-term classes. 
  • October 4th, 5PM - Last day to drop with a refund.
  • December 4th, 5PM - Last day with withdraw from classes.
  • December 9th-13th - Finals Week.
  • December 19th - Final grades posted to Bobcat Web.
