The COCC ITS HelpDesk requires urgent maintenance that cannot wait until after-hours
to perform. As a result, the HelpDesk system will be unavailable from 8AM until approximately
12 noon, Thursday, November 9th. We will provide another update once it is back online.

COCC provides free, basic technical support for all students. We can assist with login
issues, internet access, college software, device troubleshooting, printing, and other

Security Advisory: Be aware of email scams. View tips on how to protect yourself from phishing. Forward suspicious emails to email@example.com.
Email Security Changes: COCC is now using Mimecast email spam filters. Soon you will not be able to automatically
forward your COCC email using the Enable forwarding setting. Read details here.
