Program Advising Information for Students

New Degree-Seeking Student Information

After applying to COCC and taking your placement tests you will need sign up for your Manufacturing Technology courses. You may be assigned courses after meeting with a CAP Services Advisor, or you may meet with an Matnufacturing Technology instructor. If you are a degree or certificate seeking student, signing up for any Manufacturing Technology courses requires approval of an advisor or manufacturing instructor. One of the first courses you will attend will be MFG 100 Manufacturing Orientation. This is a one credit course that is required before taking any other Manufacturing Technology classes. Here you will receive information on all COCC and Manufacturing Technology grading policies, Manufacturing Technology program information and safety training.

Once you have finished the Orientation class you will be able to begin your Manufacturing Technology journey.
