IP Video Conferencing

IP video conferencing services are available on the COCC campus.

Reservations may be made for regular business hours and are subject to room and ITS technician support availability. The ITS support includes the set up of the equipment and an initial test of the IP address. Any support beyond the basic set up may be subject to charges billed at the contract rate.

Faculty and Staff:

Faculty and staff wishing to schedule a video conference should go to HERE and submit a help desk ticket.

Outside rentals

Outside groups may rent the service. Contact Campus Services at 541-383-7775 and talk to the scheduling coordinator about fees and availability.
