How Do I Use The COCC Password Manager Tool?

NEW ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

To activate a new account:

  • Select “Activate Account” from left menu.
  • Enter your COCC Username (COCC email address).
  • Enter the characters in the text box.
  • Click “continue."
  • Verify your identity by having an email sent to your personal email address.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Confirm your new password.
  • Click “Reset Password.”


I FORGOT MY USER NAME OR PASSWORD

To look up your COCC User Name:

  • Select the “Lookup Username” option from the left menu. 
  • Enter your last name.
  • Enter your birthdate.
  • Enter your personal email address.
  • Click “Submit."
  • Your Username will be sent to your personal e-mail address.

 If you no longer have access to this personal email account or do not remember your personal e-mail address, you can contact the Account Technical Support line at (541) 383-7716 for further assistance.

  • If you have forgot your password, select the "Reset Password" link.
  • Enter your COCC Username (COCC email address).
  • Enter the characters in the text box.
  • Click “continue."
  • Verify your identity by either:
    • answering the security questions
    • have an email sent to your personal email address.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Confirm your new password.
  • Click “Reset Password."


ACCOUNT UPDATES

To change your password:

  • Sign into the password manager tool by entering your username and password just below the "To change your password login here" text.
  • Enter your old password.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Confirm your new password.
  • Click “Change Password” when finished.


To configure or update your security questions: 

  • Sign into the password manager tool by entering your username and password just below the "To change your password login here" text.
  • Select the “Enrollment” tab.
  • Select the“Security Questions” tab.
  • Create your security questions and answers.
  • Click “Update” when finished.


To review or update your personal e-mail address: 

  • Sign into the password manager tool by entering your username and password just below the "To change your password login here" text.
  • Select the “Enrollment” tab.


Tip:  When asked for your Domain User Name, enter your COCC email address
