Repayment Policy
The Federal Financial Aid Repayment Policy will discuss withdrawal information and the financial consequences of withdrawal from classes.

Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy
COCC's Financial Aid SAP requirements include the Academic Eligibility Standard, the Financial Aid Completion Progress Standard, and the Institutional Satisfactory Progress and Academic Warning Standard.

Disbursement Information: Spring 2024
Specific term disbursement information including dates for refund check, bookstore credits, and loan cancellations.

Financial Aid Employee Code of Conduct
The Higher Education Opportunity Act requires educational institutions to develop and comply with a code of conduct that prohibits conflicts of interest for financial aid personnel.
