Students have access to paid internships at 12 local dealerships and three independent shops across Central Oregon. Students benefit from the strong partnerships that exist between COCC and local companies, who recognize the immense value that COCC graduates can bring to the workforce.
As interns, students are not just an observer but a full-fledged employee. This means that students gain hands-on experience, honing their skills in a professional setting and networking with potential future employers.

These dealerships also go above and beyond to invest in the future of students. After completing a 90-day internship, the dealership assists with students’ financial needs, helping to pay for books and tuition, and even provides a generous $250 per month tool allowance. This investment in your education and equipment demonstrates their commitment to your success.
