College Now Forms

These forms are mostly fillable PDFs. The safest way to use these is to download and save the form to your computer, then fill in the data. Some browsers may allow you to fill them in online, but you'll still need to save to your computer. You can then email the completed form to us, or print it off.

Dropping a Class:

• Drop/Withdraw Form - Please fill out the form, print and sign. Your high school teacher must also sign the form before emailing the completed form to collegenow@cocc.edu. A picture of the form is acceptable as long as it's legible.
