GOAL 1:

Promote the College completing the strategic planning/assessment cycle by moving the College to Analyzing Results and Using Results to Implement Changes

• Promote the Implementation of Action Items resulting from the Strategic Plan Summit

GOAL 2:

Design the format and full scope of the next Strategic Plan - 2018-23

• Inventory what COCC likes about the current strategic plan and what is missing, necessary additions and improvements.
• Need to align to the 2018-23 Strategic planPresidential Goals/Priorities they cant exist separate from the SP for either to be successful - Scenario Planning and how that concept will be used in Strategic Planning - Facilities Master Plan currently no narrative as to how these two align or complement each other

GOAL 3:

Follow the established Communication Plan

• Review/Update/Improve the College Planning and Assessment website as a base for CPAT communications point of resource.
• Need to follow Communications plan and more specifically, post to Staff Commlines regularly and set up a regular meeting with President
