New Student Housing Application

The Housing Application for the 2017-2018 academic year is closed but the Winter application will open October 9. Please note availability depends on open spots.

The Process

  1. Apply and be admitted to COCC

  2. Submit your New Student Housing Application
    Winter Application opens October 9

  3. Pay your $100 application fee
    We will notify you via email once a clear background check is received 

  4. Submit your Budget Worksheet to the Housing Office

  5. Sign your Housing and Dining Agreement and pay $1200 ($1000 down payment* toward your first term's room and board and $200 security deposit)

    This confirms your spot in Wickiup Hall!
    *Partial payments are welcomed but a spot is not secured until the down payment is paid in full

Follow these steps:
  1. Choose the Resident image
  2. Log in using your COCC email address and password
  3. Look for the Applications section on the home page
  4. Click the blue Get Started button to fill out all of the forms
  5. Review and Submit your application

About the Application

We will ask for information about you including emergency contact information, meal and roommate preferences as well as review some basic contract information. A housing and dining agreement will be available later in the application process for you to review and sign. 

Can I change my information later?
