Small Business Development Center Expands to the Redmond Campus

The Small BusinessDevelopment Center (SBDC) at COCC is expanding their offices to the RedmondTechnology Education Center. The Redmond location will allow for coordinationwith the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence and Design (CEED) program, setto be housed in the new building.

This is a greatopportunity for the Small Business Development Center to work closely with theCEED program to assist the businesses started by graduates of the program,says Steve Curley, director of the Small Business Center.

The Small Business Development Center at Central OregonCommunity College helpslocal business owners build a business that works for them. The SBDC offers no-costone-on-one business advising, practical workshops, market research andassistance in obtaining financing for their business. The goal of the SBDC is to have a positive impact onthe growth and sustainability of Central Oregon businesses.
