Update Personal Email Address in Banner

You now need only one account to log into your COCC email, COCC network, Bobcat Web Account and Blackboard.  As a part of this transition, you must have a personal (non-COCC) email address in your Bobcat Web Account for account recovery and password resets. Please take a few minutes to verify your current personal email address and update as necessary.

Verify your personal email address:

  1. Login to Bobcat Web Account
  2. Select Personal Information
  3. Click on View E-mail Address(es)

Your Personal Email Address can NOT be your COCC email address. 

It must be an email address you use to receive email.

To update your personal email address:

  1. Click on the Update E-mail Address(es) link
  2. Click on the personal email address entry
  3. Enter your correct personal email address in the ‘E-mail:’ field and click Submit

If you don’t have a personal email address listed:

  1. Select Personal Email Address from the Type of E-mail to Insert: list
  2. Click on Submit
  3. Enter a personal email address in the E-mail: field and click Submit

You should now see your updated email address under Personal Email Address.
