Electrician Continuing Education
Supervising Electrician Exam Prep - Starting January 2022
This 48-hour course prepares licensed Electricians for the State of Oregon exams for Electrical Signing Supervisors License, Electrical Plant Supervisor License, and Electrical Inspector Certification. Content extensively covers all National Electrical Code (NEC) chapters in conjunction with the Oregon Electrical Specialty Code (OESC), State of Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), and Rules and Laws. Students should plan on significant home study, including calculations for multi-family, commercial and industrial facilities.

Classroom: 1/8, 1/22, 2/5, 2/19 (Saturdays, 8am-5pm); Redmond Campus, RTEC 124
Saturday classroom sessions will be streamed live for those who cannot meet in person. Livestream students attend through Zoom from their home computer.
Zoom: 1/17, 1/31, 2/14, 2/28 (Mondays, 5:30-9:30pm). All students attend through Zoom on Mondays.
All class times are Pacific Time (PT)
Cost $1095 Registration/refund deadline 12/28/21
Zoom Technical Requirement
Students provide the following books/supplies:
- 2020 National Electrical Code softback, spiral bound or handbook
- 2017 or 2020 Ugly's Electrical Reference
- 2020 Tom Henry's Key Word Index or Ferms Fast Finder
- Pencils, eraser, and standard calculator (no cell phones for calculator)
