Administrative Unit Review (AUR)
Non-instructional assessment, or Administrative Unit Review (AUR), systematizes continual quality improvement of administrative units and departments. The AUR:
- Ensures alignment of administrative units/departments with the College Mission.
- Promotes accountability and improvement of administrative departments, including documentation of what is working, what can be improved, and specific plans for implementing improvements.
- Provides a forum for each department’s findings to be communicated to COCC administration and the college community, including documentation of needs, financial and other.
- Collects information that will contribute to institutional planning, assessment, and improvement.
