Clearing Registration Holds
Here are the steps you can take to clear registration holds.
Academic Warning |
Follow the requirements for second, third, or fourth Academic Warning. |
Advising |
Determine who your advisor is and how to schedule an appointment. |
Application Fee Due |
COCC requires a one-time $25 application fee. Call our cashier line at 541-383-7229 to pay your application fee. If you are unable to pay the application fee, you may be eligible for the Application Fee Waiver. |
Balance Due |
Pay your balance online or call Cashiering at 541-383-7229. |
Placement |
Determine how to satisfy your placement requirement. |
Title IV Return of Funds |
Pay your balance online or call Financial Aid at 541-383-7260. |
Under the age of 15 |
Complete the Special Admissions for Students under the age of 15 form. |
65+ Waiver |
If you plan to utilize the 65+ Tuition Waiver, please note that you will not be able to register before the first day of the course. Follow the instructions on the 65+ Tuition Wavier and Registration Form to complete your registration. If you plan to register before the course starts and pay for the course tuition/fees out-of-pocket, please call 541.383.7500 to register for your course over the phone. |
