Transfer Credits to COCC
Do you have college credits to transfer to COCC?
COCC will evaluate transfer coursework once you have applied to COCC, paid the application fee and submitted your official transcripts.
You will receive a notification to your COCC email address when your transcripts have been received, and another notification when the transfer coursework has been evaluated. You can then view the transfer credits in your GradTracks degree audit.
COCC accepts coursework from regionally accredited colleges and universities. However, COCC also recognizes other educational experiences for credit, and will evaluate prior learning experiences and non-traditional credit toward certificate/degree requirements. Other credit sources include:
- ACE Credit Recommendations (Military service, noncollegiate learning)
- Advanced Placement
- CLEP
- Course Challenge
- Credit for Prior Certification
- International Baccalaureate
- International Transfer Credit
- Non-regionally accredited
