President: Monday/Wednesday 8 to 11 a.m.; Tuesday/Thursday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Friday 8 to 11 a.m.

Director of Student Affairs: Monday/Wednesday 2p.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday/Thursday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

External Affairs Coordinator: Monday/Wednesday 9 to 11 a.m.; Thursday 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
