Full Circle Outreach

Bend's Community Center
Opened its doors to help feed and clothe those in emergency need. Only open Sunday from 9-4 at 1036 NE 5th Street in Bend.
SNAP provides elctronic cards you can use to buy healthy food. If you are a US citizen or permanent resident , you may be eligible for the program contigent on income and employment.
Mosaic Medical offers medical coverage with cost based on a sliding scale contingent on income. They have locations in Bend, Redmond and Madras.
The Oregon Health plan offers basic medical insurance to the uninsured.
The Oregon Prescription Drug Program is free to join and all Oregonians can qualify.
Oregon Housing Works develops and maintains community-housing resources to meet the needs of very low to moderate income families and special needs individuals. This is a Section 8 choice housing voucher
program. You can find lists of available housing in all of Deschutes County.
