LGBTQ+Friends Club mission: It is our mission to bring together and recognize lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, questioning and straight COCC students in a positive and non-judgmental environment where everyone can fully express their individuality and share experiences. In addition, it is also our intent to support events that increase awareness, decrease prejudices and contribute to creating a safe school atmosphere for all.

Club activities include: weekly meetings, parties, films, candidates' forums, workshops and talks.

Rocky Horror Picture Show--FREE
Sunday, October 29th, 2023.  7-9pm
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon
61980 Skyline Ranch Road (off Skyliners Road), Bend, OR
FREE!  First come, first serve.  We will be accepting donations to our LGBTQ+Club Scholarship Fund.

Shout out to our co-sponsors:  ASCOCC, LGBTQ+Friends Club, Little Town Productions,
COCC Diversity and Inclusion Office, COCC Fine Arts Dept.

We recognize that Rocky Horror was released in 1975 and uses language and themes that may not be appropriate or sensitive by modern standards, particularly regarding gender, sexuality, and trans, non-binary and gender fluid identities.  We believe that engaging with the film allows us to reflect on progress while appreciating the historical context in which it was made.  We encourage open dialogue and understanding among our audience members
