What: The math contest is for high school students competing in various levels of math
skills through highly educational & amusing events

All schools must be pre-registered. To insure available t-shirt sizes and enough lunches,
Deadline for this form is April 6, 2019.
Entry fee is $3.00 (includes t-shirt) per person, including advisors. The lunch is
$10.00 per person. ($3.00 per person if NOT having lunch. $13.00 per person if participating
in the lunch.) And we are pleased to announce again that we will be able to continue to waive the
registration fee & lunch costs due to the generous support from the Lonza Company,
formerly known as Bend Research Inc. , and COCC.
