Cost

  • Double Room: $1,484 per term
  • Single Room: $2,226 per term

A meal plan is not available in summer. Room and Board includes furniture, utilities and WiFi access.


Application

  1. Complete a Summer 2017 Housing Application 

  2. Pay $100 application fee via your Bobcat account or calling the Cashiers Office at 541-383-7229
    • we will then run a background check, once approved...
  3. Sign your Housing and Dining Agreement in MyHousing and pay a $200 security deposit plus $500 down payment toward room and board

  4. Get ready for move-in day Sunday, June 25, your spot is secured!


Dates

Sunday, June 25 - Thursday, August 31, 2017


  • Students will be required to move out all belongings and checkout with Housing staff at the end of summer term. Students continuing in student housing for the following academic year may be eligible to relocate their belongings to their future room assignment before departing at the conclusion of summer term. 

Requirements

  • Good academic standing
  • No past due balance
  • Registered in six (6) or more credits
  • Continuing residents may be relocated to another suite for summer term

Payment Information

A down payment is required

A $500 down payment toward room fees and a $200 security deposit are required to hold your space in the residence hall. Payment of these fees must be made prior to moving into the residence hall. It is payable online, in-person, or via awarded financial aid (if you qualify).

When and how to pay

The security deposit and estimated Summer room fees will be posted to your Bobcat Web Account after your housing application has been approved. The down payment and security deposit hold a space for you in the residence hall and must be paid in full before you move in to the residence hall.  

The down payment can be made via your Bobcat Account or by calling the Cashiers Office at 541.383.7229.  Payment of remaining Summer room fees is due July 7. If you are receiving financial aid, remaining Summer room and board fees above what is covered by financial aid or loans must be paid by July 14.

Down payment refund policy 

A full or partial refund of the down payment is available prior to occupancy.  Full refunds are available with written notification of cancellation through May 31.
