About Us

Housing and Residence Life

Central Oregon Community College has offered on-campus student housing longer than any other community college in Oregon. We started in 1967 with the construction of Juniper Hall.

The Housing and Residence Life program seeks to become the premier on-campus housing experience for community college students.

Mission Statement

Cultivate a community of self-discovery for students, leading to stronger connections at personal, academic and community levels through a unique living and learning experience.

Our Commitment

The Housing and Residence Life staff at Central Oregon Community College strive to build a community in and around the hall where students feel safe and welcome. By fostering an environment of life-long learning and connection, students are empowered to contribute in the hall, in the classroom, around campus and off campus. This engaging experience will give students the necessary tools for success academically, personally, and professionally.
