Personal Counseling Services
The CAP Center at COCC provides personal counseling services to assist you in resolving personal issues that may be preventing you from achieving your potential at COCC. Professional Counselors are available on the Bend campus to meet with any student enrolled in at least one credit or Adult

Student Rights and Responsibilities
In order to provide for the maximum comfort, convenience, and well-being of the total College community, certain standards of behavior have been established at Central Oregon Community College. Upon admission to the College, all students accept an unqualified commitment to adhere to such standards and to conduct
themselves in a manner appropriate to an educational environment, one which reflects pride in themselves and the College. For details see:
Safe Zones are confidential and safe environments for lesbian, gay,
bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals. The Safe Zone
symbol displayed around the campus identifies individuals who are
compassionate, understanding, and committed to helping create an open
and accepting environment for all on the COCC and OSU-Cascades campuses.
Several individuals from Campus Public Safety have attended the COCC Multicultural Safe Zone Training and are available to speak with individuals who need someone to speak with.
