Maxient Online Incident Reporting
Central Oregon Community College allows individuals to file an Online Report for incidents. Once you file your online report it will be forwarded to the appropriate department on campus, or assigned to a Campus Public Safety Officer. If you would like a follow up response to your online report, please indicate this in your online report.
