Human Resources Service-Level Agreements:

A service-level agreement (SLA) is part of a contract for service that includes specific expectations regarding quality, timeliness, and ethical behavior. Since the 1980’s, typically SLAs became common for the Internet providers and telecom operators to ensure minimum levels of service; however, many other types of businesses have adopted this approach to setting the standards and expectations for the delivery of customer products and services.

The Human Resources Department provides services to the college and the public in the following areas:

  1. General Department Operations
  2. Recruitment & Onboarding
  3. Benefits, Compensation & Employment Contracts
  4. Policies/Procedures & Collective Bargaining Agreements
  5. Performance Management
  6. Employee Relations

The SLA’s for HR may be found here.
