OEBB Open Enrollment begins on Saturday, August 15, 2015 and runs through Friday, September 25, 2015. This year is a mandatory enrollment year, so you must login to
MyOEBB Member Module and re-enroll for the plan year beginning October 1, 2015. OEBB is mailing out employee benefit packets to anyone who is currently enrolled through

In addition, there are two sessions of the Open Enrollment Benefits Meetings scheduled with
OEBB, August 26th and 27th, at which the changes to the coverage will be explained in more detail. If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, a video recording of this presentation will be available shortly after through a link on our

The rates for the 2015-16 plan year increased by 8.4% overall. All premiums reflected on these rate sheets are based on a 90/10 split and go into effect October 1, 2015.

BENEFITS: Plan Summaries and Booklets
For the 2015-16 plan year, COCC will continue to offer the same five medical plans, two dental plans and one vision plan that were offered in 2014-15. The rate increase the 2015-16 plan year is 8.4% overall .
(PLEASE NOTE: INDIVIDUAL PLAN SUMMARIES WILL BE ADDED AS THEY ARE MADE AVAILABLE BY MODA/OEBB IN JULY/AUGUST. PLAN HANDBOOKS WILL BE ADDED AS THEY ARE MADE AVAILABLE BY MODA/OEBB IN OCTOBER.)
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA BANK)
If you are enrolled in Moda Medical Plan H, you will need to maintain an active HSA account through HSA Bank. You are required to submit an HSA Employee Contribution Form to Human Resources when you first enroll in Plan H and at the start of each plan year thereafter.
Please contact the HR Department to have your COCC Employee specific HSA bank account set up.
