Human Resources Service-Level Agreements:
agreement (SLA) is part of a contract for service that includes specific
expectations regarding quality, timeliness, and ethical behavior. Since the
1980’s, typically SLAs became common for the Internet providers and telecom
operators to ensure minimum levels of service; however, many other types of
businesses have adopted this approach to setting the standards and expectations
for the delivery of customer products and services.
