Hospitality - RestaurantBeginning Fall 2016, AAS Business Administration Hospitality specialization is no longer accepting new students. Students who are currently enrolled in the program can complete their programs within COCC’s catalog year policy. Students should contact their academic advisor for additional information.

AAS Business Administration Hospitality specialization program completion criteria for 2015-16 under catalog admission policies graduation requirements will include these potential available course(s) substitutions: CUL 101 Introduction to Culinary Arts substitute for HTRM 105 Food Service Management; HM 106 Lodging Management substitute for HTRM 106 Lodging Management;  HM 190 Dining Operations substitute for HTRM 233 Event Planning substitute. Program completion may include consideration of other approved department chair course substitutions.
