Adjunct Instructor of Biology and LMT
Michael Thille teaches classes in general biology, pathology, kinesiology, anatomy and function, and anatomy and physiology.
I have always loved nature and the outdoors,says Michael. That morphed into a great interest in the human body and physiology. My training and clinical experience though the years has brought me to an even greater understanding of the beauty and complexity of all forms of life, including humans.
The best aspect of teaching for me is having a conversation with the class about the principles of biology and then seeing the light go on for someone that had been experiencing difficulty understanding a concept, says Michael. I love that!
Michael is also a member of a group chiropractic practice in Redmond that emphasizing exercise rehabilitation,physical medicine and orthopedics. He has been a chiropractor for 26 years.
Michael earned a bachelors degree in biology from the University of Oregon and a degree from Western States Chiropractic College. He also did post graduate work in orthopedics.
During his leisure time, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling and camping. He also participates in Crossfit, Cyclo-cross bicycle races and target shooting.
