COCC Prineville to honor Crook County grads

The COCC Crook County Open Campus will hold its second annual graduation celebration to honor Crook County graduates from 5-6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, with a reception and refreshments.

“The graduation celebration is for COCC students in Crook County who have completed their degree or certificate this year,” said Campus Administrator Suzie Kristensen. “We are honoring and acknowledging the hard work and dedication of these students and congratulating them on their accomplishments, and we welcome the community to join us.”

The COCC Crook County Open Campus opened in 2011 on land donated by the county. It offers an Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer degree, a range of credit and non-credit classes, workforce training, small-business advising, and features community resources such as a 72-station computer lab and a meeting space.
