"Pittsburgh: Finding Comfort"
Monday, 11/26/2018 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The COCC Jewish Students Club is hosting “Pittsburgh: Finding Comfort,” presented
by Rabbi Yitzchok Feldman of Chabad of Central Oregon. When tragedy strikes, where
is G-d? While Judaism offers insight in this area, the larger question is: do we even
want insight? Can any insight soothe the pain and assuage the grief? Please join us
to learn about G-d’s response to suffering and what our response should be. The class
is dedicated in memory of those who lost their lives in the horrific Pittsburgh shooting,
and for the full and speedy recovery for those injured in the attack.
It is free and open to the public. Reservations are required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
