Acknowledging Asian American Contributions: Awareness of Mutual Struggles and Successes Quells Anti-Asian Hate

Join COCC from 6-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, for a conversation that focuses on contributions made by Asian communities that helped the advancement of the United States. Topics include the first Transcontinental Railroad and how Asian American soldiers and Asian Immigrants served with pride in all branches of the U.S. military in World War II. Participants are invited to engage in a question-and-answer session after the panel discussion.
