Returning Resident Application Information

Fall 2021 Housing Application Process

STEP 1: Submit your Returning Student Housing Application
We will ask you to pick your suite and roommates.

STEP 2: Pay your $100 application fee
We will initiate a background check and notify you via your COCC email once a clear background check is received

STEP 3: Sign your Housing and Dining Agreement electronically and pay $1000 down payment and $200 deposit


Resources for New Students

Follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Resident image
  2. Log in using your COCC email address and password
  3. Look for the Applications section on the home page
  4. Click the blue Get Started button to fill out all of the forms
  5. Review and Submit your application
