New Student Housing Application

Fall 2022 Housing Application Process

STEP 1: Apply and be admitted to COCC

STEP 2: Submit your New Student Housing Application

STEP 3: Pay your $100 application fee
We will initiate a background check and notify you via your COCC email once a clear background check is received

STEP 4: Submit your Budget Worksheet to the Housing Office
We will email the Budget Worksheet once you reach this step.

STEP 5: Sign your Housing and Dining Agreement electronically and pay $1200 ($1000 down payment toward your first term's room and board and $200 security deposit)

Completion of these steps confirms a spot in Wickiup Hall.
Note that partial payments are welcomed but a spot on the waitlist is not secured until the down payment is paid in full

Follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Resident image
  2. Log in using your COCC email address and password
  3. Look for the Applications section on the home page
  4. Click the blue Get Started button to fill out all of the forms
  5. Review and Submit your application

If you do not see a housing application, contact the Housing and Residence Life Office at 541-383-7545.

About the Application

We will ask for information about you including emergency contact information, meal and roommate preferences as well as review some basic contract information. A housing and dining agreement will be available later in the application process for you to review and sign.
