New Employee Information

Welcome and congratulations on your new employment with Central Oregon Community College!!

Background checks are required for all employees of COCC. The background check must be completed prior to the first date of employment.

After successful completion of your background check, you will be assigned new hire forms in our new electronic system called PeopleAdmin Onboarding. This system will send you a link, where you will log in and complete your I9, W4, Payroll form, and complete other various tasks. Please be sure to come to HR within three days of your hire date with official I9 documentation, as listed on the last page of the form.

Effective Monday, April 18, 2022, COCC implemented a COVID-19 vaccination requirement for all employees, including benefitted employees, part-time faculty, and temporary workers such as irregular wage, work study and community education.  Upon hire, new employees will receive an email with instructions outlining how to upload proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or request a medical or religious exception.
