Course Evaluations FAQs for Students

Where do I go to access my course evaluations?

To access the course evaluation system, log in Bobcat Web as usual, then click on the Course Evaluation link at the bottom of the page.

When can I evaluate my classes?

Evaluations open at 7AM on the Friday that falls closest to 3/4ths of the way through the course. For full 10 week courses, this is three weeks before finals week.

What can I do if I missed the course evaluation deadline?

Evaluations cannot be completed after the deadline. It is not possible for students to complete evaluations late.

I keep getting reminders to complete my evaluations. How can I get them to stop?

Reminders are programmed into the course evaluation system and will stop once you submit (or opt out of) your evaluations.

Can I get to my course evaluations through Blackboard?

If your instructor has added the link to their course, yes. If not, you can always access through your Bobcat Web account.

Can I modify an evaluation that I have already submitted?

Yes. If you see you have made an error, you may reset your submission and redo the evaluation. When you log in to the course evaluation system, you will see your list of courses to evaluation. There will be a button that says 'reset' next to any evaluation you have completed. This option will be available until the evaluation period closes.

What if I have more than one instructor for a course?

In most cases, you will be asked to evaluate each instructor of the course. They will appear as two separate evaluation forms to complete.
