Academic Advising and CAP Services:

Unless you receive special permission from your advisor (every COCC student has one), you cannot register for the next term. Your advisor should contact you about advising appointments, but you need to proactive as well. If you do not hear from your advisor or for any reason cannot meet with him or her, you need to contact the CAP Services. CAP Services can answer most questions about

  • placement tests,
  • registration,
  • academic advising,
  • and graduation.

You can reach CAP Services by phone at (541) 383-7250 or by email at capcenter@cocc.edu.
