CNA2 is an 88-hour noncredit course that includes lecture, skills lab and clinical practicum, meeting the 2015 OSBN revised requirements. You must hold a current unencumbered Oregon CNA1 license to register for the CNA2 course. Focusing for Clinicians - Now Open for Registration
This experiential workshop provides specific knowledge for clinicians to help clients who are stuck in repetitive stories, not effectively progressing in therapy, or dealing with trauma, anxiety or shame. Going beyond mindfulness, Focusing increases the effectiveness of therapy by guiding clients' awareness into the body. The process allows individuals to be better equipped to withstand and accept discomfort during, and between, sessions. Focusing can be used by healing arts practitioners across a range of therapeutic modalities to increase the effectiveness of their practice. Learn how to apply Focusing whether you are practicing psychotherapy, massage therapy, medical interventions, yoga, or other complimentary health specialty. Six Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
