FREEWHEELIN' IN BEND
Catch a free ride with the Ride Bend service. Ride Bend is an on-demand, app-based "micro" transit service that runs a small fleet of 11-passenger vans. The service, limited to a smaller city zone during the summer, expands to include COCC and OSU-Cascades after Labor Day. This pilot program ends Dec. 13, when the service will be evaluated for year-round usage.

WORK-STUDY RESOURCE FAIR
Have you been awarded federal work-study? Are you looking for a work-study job for the school year? Make sure to attend COCC's first-ever "Federal Work-Study Connection," 10 a.m. to noon, Friday, Sept. 27, in Wille Hall. Meet with hiring supervisors, learn about resume development, and have your questions about work-study answered by Deborah Lehto, Work-Study coordinator.
