How do I update my contact information?
Contact information is part of your Personal Information on your Bobcat Web Account.
Log in to your student account:
- Click on the "Student Login" link which is available in the upper right hand area of all COCC webpages,
- Choose the Bobcat Web Account option,
- Log in to your account
Go to your Personal Information tab:
- Choose Personal Information
The Personal Information tab has several options:
- Choose Update Address(es) and Phone(s) to update your address or phone number.
- Choose View E-mail Address to update your e-mail address
- Choose the [ Update E-Mail Address(es) ] link at the bottom of the page.
- Choose COCC's Emergency Notification System (ENS), to update your ENS information.
- Follow the instructions on the page
Name Changes and Social Security Number changes must be made in person at the appropriate office. If you are a student and are not employed with the College, please bring your social security card and a photo ID to Enrollment Services at any COCC campus.
